The good outweighs the bad (barely)
The outdoor firepit area is lovely, providing a cozy spot to unwind. Plus, the staff members, especially at the front desk, were genuinely friendly and helpful during my visit.
Noise from adjacent rooms disrupted my peace at night, highlighting a need for better soundproofing throughout the facility.

great access to parks and downtown attractions for lovely strolls
Having such a modern spot just minutes away from the beautiful Riordan Mansion State Historic Park and the vibrant Historic Downtown offered an amazing opportunity to explore and enjoy walks in nature as well as city sights during my stay, and the staff even left a thoughtful birthday gift in our room which made our trip feel extra special.

I had a nice stay with a clean and comfy room. The curved shower rod was a fun touch. The indoor pool was really relaxing after a long day, and it was great to unwind in the hot tub too. One small thing was that the breakfast options were a bit limited, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience! 😊

It was just an optimal selection for a passing visit in Flagstaff with excellent value for money. The gym was small but had everything I needed, and I managed to fit in a quick workout. If you're looking to grab a bite, consider eating out instead of at the hotel to save some time.

Found some gems in Flagstaff that filled my foodie heart! The local spots like Olive Garden are just a hop, skip, and jump away, and the cozy vibe was paired with solid service. Plus, the room was tidy and comfy, just the right sanctuary after a day full of culinary adventures!
It wasn't just the snow that gave me chills. the check-in guy was as warm as an ice cube. He was flat-out rude, barely making conversation. Plus, there was zero effort in helping us out, even when I asked him to repeat directions. Talk about a bummer!
